The Role:
You will be responsible for building relationships with both candidates and clients that will mostly be via cold-calling, email, and social media (LinkedIn)
The role as a Recruiter can be varied. Some of the tasks you would expect to complete on are a daily basis are:
- Engaging and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and the phone
- Cold calling clients to win new business
- Client and candidate meetings
- Arranging interviews with candidates and clients
- Prepping candidates for interviews
- Negotiating terms of business
- Process and offer management
What's Required:
- A degree from a top 30 university
- Excellent work ethic
