What We Offer:- Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 base salary, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 - £40,000.

Our industry-leading training programme is designed to help you become a successful Recruitment Consultant. You'll receive ongoing mentorship and learn everything you need to know, from candidate sourcing to business development.
What You'll Be Doing:In your first year, you will:Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles.Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.Work closely with sales teams to increase candidate placements.Hit achievable weekly targets and KPIs.Earn commission at every stage of your progress!
