The Role:

As a Recruitment Maestro, you'll be the architect of talent acquisition, weaving together the perfect tapestry of skills, experience, and cultural fit. Your mission: scout, engage, and attract top-tier talent that not only meets but exceeds our expectations. This is more than a job; it's a chance to sculpt the future through the people you source. You will manage end to end recruitment processes including:

  • CV and Telephone Screening.
  • Strong focus on building relationships with prospective candidates and clients.
  • Work towards promotional targets onboarding greater responsibility at each step.

  • Conducting interviews that go beyond the résumé to uncover the essence of each candidate.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
