The role requires at least one year of experience in recruitment and involves managing a 360 recruitment desk and building client relationships.
The position offers a competitive basic salary dependent on experience, along with an excellent commission structure and additional bonuses.

Proactive Personnel are looking for a Transport Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Manchester City Centre!

What You’ll be Doing:

Working within a busy 360 Recruitment team.
Proactive in developing new business daily.
Building client relationships, meeting with clients face to face.
Have full autonomy of managing your own plan/desk.
Managing key accounts.
Full accountability for your own sales.
Candidate attraction/registrations/RTW checks.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch).
