Job Description: Compliance Manager

We a an MEP Recruitment company, working on behalf of a key client, looking to find the right candidates for this exciting role. Our client is a well established and long standing employer, with anexcellent, exciting and almost decade long order book of work secured ahead, looking to add depth to their senior team with a Compliance Manager, who has the opportunity to come in and make the job their own.

An overview of the role. We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and enhance quality assurance processes across MEP construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and collaborating with teams to promote a culture of quality.

Ensuring compliance within the MEP construction environment is more crucial than ever. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and watertight compliance processes within both residential and commercial construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and compliance frameworks.

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to standards.

  • Collaborate with project engineers and supply chain teams to improve quality processes.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including health and safety standards.

  • Maintain digital quality records and reporting systems.

  • Provide training and guidance on compliance and quality best practices.

  • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.

  • Attend project meetings to provide updates on compliance and quality performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality and compliance management within the MEP construction industry or commercial construction sector.
