Field Sales Team Leader (Door to Door)

My client are looking for a Field Sales Team Leader to support, mentor, train and manager team of Door to Door Sales Agents.
This role is full time permanent working mainly Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 9am and 8pm.
The ideal Field Sales Team Leader will be responsible for:
Building the structure, process, and culture to drive high performance to increase customer take-up
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics
Managing KPIs daily and motivating/supporting the team and keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them
Work closely with Marketing and ensure your team maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Leading by example when it comes to the Field Sales Team.
Recruit and Maintain FTE across Field Sales Team.
Provide Territory Management for Sales Agents
The ideal Field Sales Team Leader will need to be/have:
Previous experience and proven results in a field sales role
Ideally sales management experience
Experience mentoring and training staff
This Field Sales Team Leader role is permanent and is part of a growing organisation
Basic 38-45K
Candidates MUST have their own vehicle and a driving license.
