Medlock Partners are partnering with a well-established and growing online retail business based in Manchester, who are looking for a sales support manager, to assist with running a small team ensuring customer accounts run smoothly. The successful person will ideally have previous experience of managing a small team within a customer focused sales environment.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Manager:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Overseeing a small team of 3, working closely with the sales team to ensure smooth running of the sales operations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Processing orders through the system, handling customer quotations preparing and sending customer invoices
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Resolving customer queries via phone, email and social media, providing prompt and successful outcomes.聽聽聽聽聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve customer queries and reporting back to customer with positive resolutions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records in accordance with data protection principles.聽聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Carry out data analysis, generating reports to track key metric performances.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Conduct 1-2-1 training and support for team members.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽

Key requirements for the Sales Support Manager
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Previous experience within a sales and customer service environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience using Freshdesk.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Highly organised with strong eye for detail.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent communication skills,
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to manage customer queries and resolve with a positive outcome
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels within the companies.
