MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Contact Centre Collections Team Manager for a leading financial services company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and motivate a team of collectors, manage performance, and drive operational excellence in a rapidly growing organisation.

The Role

As the Contact Centre Collections Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of collectors, setting and monitoring revenue targets, and ensuring the delivery of business objectives through SLAs and KPIs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of collectors to achieve set targets and objectives
  • Monitor contact centre performance and address key issues such as call abandonment and waiting times

  • Assist with change projects and long-term recruitment planning within the department
