Description

Based predominantly in Manchester (with weekly travel to Ripponden), you will lead and develop an outbound B2B telesales team. This is a high-visibility role in a business that is set to scale rapidly, offering a chance to build on existing momentum and shape the department's success.

  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven track record of managing and inspiring sales teams, ideally within B2B sales, outbound contact centres, or appointment-setting environments.

  • Sales Excellence: A strong, results-driven sales approach with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.

  • B2B Expertise: Experience in business-to-business sales, demonstrating stability and success in leadership roles.

  • Progression-Ready Leadership: This could be your first Head of Telesales role, provided you can demonstrate the leadership qualities and experience to step up effectively.

Profile

For this role we are looking for an established leader who is capable of overseeing 2 teams, one based in each location. You'll line manage 2 team leaders and indirectly 35 FTE - leadership experience of a similar scale will be key,

Additionally you'll bring:

  • Consistent track record of developing successful telesales functions
  • Experience working for a B2B based sales function
  • Strong technical capabilities and able to utilise data and performance metrics to manage performance
  • Excellent stakeholder leadership skills, able to work in partnership with 2 other Head's of to create a flawless customer journey
  • Credibility as a sales person to be well positioned to inspire and motivate your future leaders
