NICHI is an exciting new sushi and robata concept recently opened in the Trafford Centre. We are a Japanese-Peruvian restaurant elevating the centre's offering with items such as top grade A5 wagyu beef as well as our popular bento boxes.
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the team with catapulting Nichi to success. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to progress as Nichi expands.
KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE
To lead the team by example with a friendly, charismatic and professional approach
To ensure guest satisfaction and build rapport to establish repeat business
To train and develop the FOH team
To work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service

REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a senior waiter or assistant manager in a similar environment
BENEFICIAL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Familiar with Japanese cuisine & ingredients
