A Restaurant Manager is needed for this upmarket, high volume and premium casual dining restaurant in the centre of Manchester.

The plush interior creates a luxurious ambience with moody lighting and comfy seating creating the perfect environment for guests; whether sitting down to a delicious meal or a beautifully prepared cocktail.
You must have at least 2 years management experience in a similar environment, and without this experience, your application unfortunately can't be considered for this role.
The restaurant serves a large number of covers; therefore, they are looking for somebody who is sharp with an eye for detail and somebody who has strong experience working in restaurants that cater for high seating capacity and somebody who has worked in high quality establishments.
The bar is also very busy and has a fantastic reputation on the Manchester high end bar scene.

They are looking for a Restaurant Managerwith a background in a similar standard of restaurants to provide leadership and inspire the front of house team.
You will need to be calm under pressure, and have a passion for excellent customer service, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
As Restaurant Manager you will:
- Have a solid restaurant background of working within high level establishments
- Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
- Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry
- Be a hands-on restaurant manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
- Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
