Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment has an opportunity for a Luxury Department Manager to join a highly customer service focused store to help with their ongoing development and success. We are looking for a Luxury Department Manager from a service dominated environment who can deliver outstanding results time and time again.
You will be passionate about luxury retail, have a background with premium products and service and can add real value to our management team.
As the Luxury Department Manager you will work closely with your team to develop a strong relationship and set the standards in your store. You will have responsibility for your chosen departments, we want candidates with experience of creating a well merchandised store with high visual standards.
You will be responsible for all aspects of your department and section, manage the department and be responsible for recruitment, training and standards. The Luxury Department Manager you will manager all aspects of the operation, put customers at the heart of what you do and deliver exceptional results. You will be able to drive sales, have high visual merchandising standards and ensure the area is attractive and appealing at all times.
The Successful Luxury Department Manager will need:
- Proven experience of leading teams
- Ideally experience of multi-product stores
- Experience of a premium or luxury retailer
- High levels of motivational ability to inspire your teams
- Strong track record of delivering results in a complex operational role
