The Role:
As Sub Agent, you will play a key role in delivering critical elements of the scheme, including:
- Management of RC structures and demolition activities.
- Overseeing earthworks and groundworks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordination of teams delivering new junction upgrades and dual carriageway construction.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and programme milestones are achieved.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in RC structures and demolition within major civil engineering projects.
- Demonstrable expertise in highways or infrastructure schemes.
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and concrete works.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- CSCS and SMSTS qualifications are desirable.
