Job Title: Roofer
Location: Oldham, UK
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Rate: 32,137 Annual

Responsibilities

Roofing Tasks: Perform tasks such as roof installations, repairs, tiling, slating, flat roofing, and flashing. Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality requirements.
Quality Standards: Adhere to high standards, following company specifications and workmanship guidelines.
Customer Care: Maintain a polite and professional approach with all clients.
Safety and Maintenance: Use safety equipment as required, maintain tools, and ensure work areas are clean and secure at the end of each day.
Documentation & Coordination: Complete documentation accurately, coordinate materials, and liaise with clients and team members.
On-Call Duty: Participate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency roofing repairs.

Requirements

Skills: Excellent organizational skills, professional attitude, and a full UK driving license.
Experience: Up-to-date knowledge of the roofing industry and health and safety regulations.
Personal Attributes: Reliable, enthusiastic, adaptable, polite, and courteous.
