Roofer

We are working on behalf of our client who are dedicated to maintaining high standards in social housing. We are currently looking for an experienced roofer to join our team, specialising in minor repairs and maintenance to their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor roof repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
• Inspect roofing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades and maintenance staff to complete projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any significant findings.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing or equivalent.
• Valid, clean driving license.
• Previous experience in social housing or similar environments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to use PDA
