Job: Roofer
Location: Manchester & Lancashire areas
Job Type: Temporary-Permenant

We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for a Roofer. The successful candidates will service properties across the Manchester/Lancashire Area.

You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Work on various roofing projects, ensuring safety and quality.
Meet client expectations and safety standards.

Requirements:

Asebstos Awareness
NVQ or equivalent in Roofing (Preferred but not Essential)
Full UK Drivers Licence
Experience in social housing maintenance and customer-facing roles.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Previous experience as a Roofer & Roofer's Mate

Skills Needed:

Renew slates and tiles etc
Renew Felt and Batten
Pointing
Lead work.
Repair flat roofs.
