Temporary - Permanent

£15-£16 Umbrella/CIS

We are currently working on behalf of a public sector client to recruit to a Roofers Mate on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Roofers Mate includes:

Carrying out all aspects of labouring and semi-skilled activities surrounding roofing, and other trades when required
Assisting with aspects of roofing work including general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment
Working on large scale pitched roofs, flat roofs and chimney stack demolitions
Assisting with gutter and soffit works when required
Ensuring adherence to health and safety
Booking in follow up works
Ordering appropriate materials
Utilising a PDA

Requirements of the Roofers Mate includes:

CSCS Card
Previous experience as a roofers mate (desirable)
Knowledge and experience of working at heights (essential)
