Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during every shift.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the floor team to deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain Salvis high standards.
- Manage guest experiences, responding to queries and feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Monitor table allocations, reservations, and workflow to maximize efficiency and guest comfort.
- Assist with training and onboarding new staff to uphold service excellence.
- Take ownership of health, safety, and hygiene standards across the floor.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a busy, high-quality restaurant.
- A strong leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
- A passion for delivering memorable dining experiences with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus but not essential.
