They are seeking a customer-facing maintenance operative for a permanent position across several prestigious office buildings.
Candidates should possess basic plumbing, electrical, and painting skills, along with general handy work experience.
The role requires logging daily issues and maintaining a polite and welcoming demeanor with clients.

Our client are a high end Property/Facilities Management Company who have a strong blue print across Manchester City Centre.

They are looking for a customer facing maintenance operative to come and join the team on a Permanent basis working across several high end office buildings in the city centre.

You would be preferred to have knowledge in the following:

- Basic Plumbing Experience

-Basic Electrical Experience

-Basic Painting Experience

-General Handy Work

-Recording/logging issues that have been dealt with on a daily basis

-Working off a check list

-Customer facing, happy to help - polite and welcoming to all clients
