Our client, an established flexible workspace provider are looking to appoint a Mobile Maintenance Operative to work with their team in the North West. The successful candidate will cover maintenance needs at sites primarily around Manchester as well as other locations around North West.
This role will involve a significant amount of painting, so the successful candidate must be highly skilled and comfortable with carrying out painting tasks regularly.
Core responsibilities of the role will include:
- General Building maintenance
- Basic Plumbing and Joinery
- Painting and Decorating
- Water Temperature tests
- Fire Alarm and Door tests
- Compliance checks and Inspections onsite
- Assisting with small works projects
This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm with occasional overtime and call out to deal with emergencies.
Ideal candidates will be based near Manchester (Warrington/St Helens) to provide shorter commutes and adequate coverage of the north west with the other maintenance operatives current locations.
For this role, the client are looking to offer a salary of near £25,000 per annum along with company van, mobile and PPE provided.
