- In-house work but occasional site work (knowledge of controls and fault-finding advantageous).
- Compiling required assembly documentation.

The working hours for this role areMonday to Thursday, 8.00-16.30 and Friday, 8.00-15.30, totalling a 39-hour week with half-hour unpaid lunch breaks.

We have an opportunity for a technical, enthusiastic, and energetic Pump and Rotating Equipment Fitter (Mechanical Engineer) to join our team, where no two days are the same.

- The successful candidate must be a time-served fitter/engineer (C&G Level 3/BTEC O.N.C) or other relevant qualifications
- Must have a good knowledge of tolerances and working to high standards.
- Ideally, knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment in industrial, chemical, power generation, Petro-chemical, and water industries.
- Need a can-do approach - flexible working will be required.
- Organised - be able to work to agreed time scales.
- Clean and presentable appearance.
- This can be a physically demanding position mainly using mechanical lifting equipment.
