A new public sector orientated contract, world leading research facility is seeking a M&E Technical Account Management to be at the helm of the contract and drive it forward.

Ideally some Total Facilities Management (TFM) experience would be advantageous.

Ideally you will currently be an existing Mechanical / Electrically bias technically qualified, Contract Manager managing a medium sized contract looking for your next step in your career.

The primary role is to provide strategic leadership and relationship management, setting the culture of the account so that service delivery exceeds the organisational objectives of all stakeholders.

To ensure that the estate remains operational and compliant, with all work undertaken by competent engineers in accordance with a safe system of work.

Very stronginter-personal skills, allowing them to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Strong commercial acumen required witha passion for improvement, enabling them to develop a programme that will benefit all stakeholders, deliver financial outcomes and grow the contract.

Essential Requirements

Experience of developing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with clients with demonstrable mutual benefits.

Experience of managing an engineering team.

Good knowledge of compliance requirements across all areas of service delivery.

Desirable Experience

Experience of delivering high levels of customer service.

Identification and delivery of contract growth.

Commercial experience including managing delivery against KPIs/SLAs.

Identification and implementation of efficiency/effectiveness initiatives.

Experience mobilisation or transforming service delivery.

Formal health and safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH).
