Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager for a fashion retailer in Manchester City Centre. We are recruiting for a premium fashion store who pride themselves on their range of products and their reputation. You will be the assistant manager at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in store and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service. You will be supporting your store leader with controlling budgets, driving sales and KPI's to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained and the new store opening is as successful as others.

• Clientelling responsibilities
• Networking and personal shopping appointments
• Delivering exceptional service through your team
• Stepping up in the absence of the Store Director
• Lead well by example
• Driving customer service and giving the ultimate shopping experience
• Controlling costs and budgets and inputting data for weekly reports
• Keeping up to date with latest fashion trends

What we need in our new Assistant Manager:

• Assistant Manager with experience of the Manchester customer!
• Passion for retail
• Clientelling/CRM and event experiecne
• Experience of personal shopping and working with VIP's
• Retail experience in either store management or senior management
• Working within a fashion, accessory or footwear environment
