  • Important Information: Russell Taylor Group is recruiting on behalf of a growing nutraceutical company in Cheshire, looking for someone with previous sales experience in the nutraceuticals market to help grow the UK team.
Role:- Business Development Manager (Nutraceuticals)
Location: -Hybrid - Cheshire & travel

Russell Taylor Group are recruiting on behalf of a growing nutraceutical company in Cheshire. This specific role is required to help grow the UK team and requires someone to hit the ground running with previous sales experience within the nutraceuticals market.

Responsibilities
Driving sales and managing customer relationships across the UK.
Manage sales enquires
Create quotations
Maintaining key accounts and bringing in new business.
Assist with planning customer engagement activities
Attend customer events, exhibitions and meetings across the UK and some overseas.
Work closely with various teams to help maximise sales performance.
Provide monthly sales reports to the Head of Sales which includes the achievements, changes in the market and budgeting.
Contribute to the overall sales targets of the business.
Provide individual account support to customers and assess customer needs.
Assist in the planning and executing of training sessions and product demonstrations.
Attend and contribute to sales meetings.
Drive monthly sales targets.
Come up with recommendations to improve the quality of the sales departments processes.
Aim to maximise sales margins.

The Person
Numerous years sales experience within the nutraceutical or ingredient market.
Excellent communication skills to be able to expand business and build relationships with clients.
Happy to travel when required (UK and overseas)
Strong understanding of the UK customer base in the nutrition field.
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple accounts at once
Strong analytical skills and ability to meet and exceed targets.
