We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager for an established and growing client based in Fleetwood. This role is suitable for people based in and around the Manchester area with a commute to the centre weekly.

Business Development ManagerSalary: 30,000-40,000 + Commission

Business Development ManagerHours: 8am-4pm Monday to Friday (hours are negotiable according to requirement)

Business Development Managerroles and responsibilities:

  • Account management of existing accounts by proactively seeking ways to increase sales.
  • Identify, target, and convert prospect leads, new markets, down trading, and dormant customers into new accounts.
  • Manage your prospect data base / pipeline and produce a business growth plan for your geographical area.
  • Maintain an accurate account of all visits and follow up on sales calendar.
  • Follow up all sales leads and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches and presentations as and when required.
  • To be able to identify and action trends from computer generated reports and statistics.
  • Accountability of all customers, ensuring effective communication, complaint handling and providing solutions to ensure overall effective account management.
  • To build and develop a working relationship and partnership with your Internal Account Manager.
  • Ensuring efficient set up and maintenance of all account data and information.
  • Retention and growth plan of all your accounts in line with the company budget.
  • Working as part of a highly motivated sales team you are to perform regular duties and procedures.
