Account Manager-Manchester

Role Overview: The Account Manager will support the Key Account Manager in overseeing client accounts and managing daily operations.

They must ensure service delivery meets contractual standards, maintain strong client relationships, and assist in budget and cost management.

Salary: £40,000-£48,000 with a car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Key Account Manager in managing client relationships and addressing queries.

Act as a key point of contact , ensuring efficient communication.

Coordinate with operational teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services.

Monitor service performance, escalate issues, and contribute to improvement plans.

Track budgets, prepare financial reports, and support cost control initiatives.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in account management or facilities management.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of FM services (mechanical, electrical, fabric) and financial tracking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
