Salary: Up to £50,000 + Package
Job Purpose:
Join a growing UK-wide organisation as an Estimator. You will be part of a proactive Business Development team, working closely to secure new business and work on existing clients project works. This role is primarily office-based, focusing on pulling together costings and prices to send out to clients, occasional meetings with clients when required nationwide.

Responsibilities:
- Multiple quotes and tenders
- Performing market research on costings and prices to remain competitive
- Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies for winning work and how to add value to a quote
- Working with other departments on delivery of projects and service and maintenance KPIs to adhere to pricing
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with client information
- Nurturing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
- Proven experience in Estimating from a Technical Building Services background
- Strong commercial acumen, understanding of costing
- Proficiency in using Estimating software and other systems
- Experience in Client management (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role would suit someone who has worked within the Building Services, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Hire industries, or within similar sectors.
