The Role:
You will be responsible for growing the partner portfolio, by developing and nurturing your accounts to ensure a thorough understanding of products and services to maximise sales opportunities. Duties will involve the day-to-day management of the portfolio, including consultant training sessions (either online or face to face), proactive outreach to existing partners, regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure that this award-winning business remain their go to provider. You may be required to attend face-to-face meetings (where appropriate) and manage partners via virtual meetings, phone calls and emails.
Who will you be?
- A salesperson, motivated and determined to do well with very strong 18 months+ in B2B sales with the ability to thrive in a KPI driven environment
- Passionate about well-being and offering a genuinely (potentially) life changing solution and service
- Understand that this is a marathon not a sprint – build it, grow with it and forge a brilliant career
- You will no1 have the right morals and attitude towards this solution and a passion for it, but still confident and capable of hitting targets and achieving a genuinely achievable, lucrative bonus/commission
- You will be positive, mentally agile, a fluid communicator
The Day-to-Day:
- Proactively managing all aspects of business within the channel assigned to you, including expansion, pricing discussion and all sales needs, negotiating these cases through outbound and inbound contact
- Delivering the highest level of broker care to include taking ownership of day-to-day sales and service queries, liaising with the appropriate areas of the business to resolve and, if appropriate, communicate back to third parties
- Handle inbound telephone sales calls and emails from brokers, converting these opportunities into new sales revenue therefore ensuring that you reach your agreed channel and individual sales targets. Make proactive outbound calls to brokers generating sales opportunities to further increase the potential of conversion and sales
- Manage all tasks alongside phone calls through effective time management, planning and prioritising workloads to maintain an effective and functional service level
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that intermediary sales targets are met and exceeded
- Achieve a personal targets and KPI’s
