The Role of the Key Account Manager 

  • Take ownership of selling commercial flooring solutions to national and regional housebuilders, Social Housing providers and Local Authorities. 

  • Manage key accounts across the North of England while actively seeking new project opportunities. 

  • This role covers the north of England including Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, and Newcastle 

 

The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager 

  • Experience in commercial flooring or related interior products is preferred. 

  • Skilled at selling to national or regional housebuilders and / or local authority / social housing projects 

  • Willingness to travel across Northern England. 

  • A self-starter with a technical mindset and the skills to succeed independently and as part of a team.
