he National Account Executive will assist the Commercial team in the day-to-day customer account management, whilst building a great working relationship with key trading suppliers and cross-functional teams within the wider business. You will maintain information for internal and external use and provide accurate data analysis and reports that are presentable to customers and internal departments.

This is a fast paced role, where the successful candidate will have strong administration and communication skills at all levels. They will be self-motivated and able to work under pressure with experience and understanding of working in a Commercial environment. To be successful in this this role, they will also have proven development of account experience that delivers excellent working relationships with customers.

This is an office based role in the North Manchester . On occasion you will be required to attend customer meetings, therefore a willingness to travel is essential.

This is what you'll actually do!

As NAE you will generate and develop weekly and period sales reports that are effective to demonstrate to key customer accounts. You will manage and implement agreed promotional activities across all accounts with end-of-activity reporting. You will measure and monitor demand forecast accuracy and work with the Commercial teams to drive forecast improvements.

You will also support the commercial team to prepare for customer meetings and presentations and deliver category information and complete weekly price and promotional checks that can demonstrate market movements

  • Able to communicate at all levels clearly and concisely
  • Proven development of account experience that delivers excellent working relationships with customers
  • Experience and understanding of working in a Commercial environment.
  • Self-Motivated and able to work alone on projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work under pressure and produce attention to detail.
  • Abel to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise projects and tasks.
  • Able to contribute confidently at all levels within meetings and deliver projects to teams.
