Futures are working with a leading player in the FMCG industry, known for their innovative products and commitment to excellence. Due to growth, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate New Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across National & Key Accounts.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be joining a family run, friendly working environment, reporting into a true industry expert and working alongside an experienced, successful Sales team.

As a New Business Development Manager you will...

  • Be responsible for targeting potential customers at National & Key Account level across multiple channels including Grocery, Highstreet & Ecommerce
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing & Commercial team, to plan and implement new business development strategies
  • Work collaboratively with the Account Managers to ensure successful negotiation and implementation of new JBPs
  • Be on it with lead generation, in order to open new doors to maximize growth

To be a New Business Development Manager you will need...

  • A proven track record of securing new business wins and successfully growing accounts

  • Knowledge / Experience of NPD, own-label/ tailored products would be preferred
  • To be a true 'hunter' with a drive & passion for business development
