The Role:
As Regional Account Manager (North), you will be responsible for developing Regional and Key Accounts across the North of England, Midlands, and North Wales. Reporting to the Sales Director, your role will focus on:
- Account Management and Development (80%)
- New Business Development (20%)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Regional & Key Accounts
- Target new business opportunities
- Deliver on budgets and targets
- Set target plans by brand for territories
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a talented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering results. While experience in the Garden Centre sector is desirable, it's not essential.
Qualities We Seek:
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Excellent listening skills and creative thinking
- Adaptability to an ever-changing sector
Experience:
- Ideally 2+ years in field sales or Garden Centre experience (not essential)
- B2B sales experience (desirable)
