As a Senior Account Handler, you'll be the go-to person for managing clients' insurance portfolios. Youll make sure they get the best coverage while providing top-notch service in an efficient, with a sound technical knowledge of Property related risks.

Senior Account Handler Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide the perfect insurance solutions.
  • Management of renewals, placements, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Gather all the key info and documentation for renewal meetings, staying organized and detail-oriented.
  • Keep everything up to date on Acturis and make sure all records are accurate.

The Ideal Senior Account Handler:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, ideally within the property sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills securing the best deals for both clients and the business.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to form strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Cert CII qualified or a desire to get it completed Assistance will be provided!
  • Preferably a strong proficiency with Acturis software.
