As a Senior Account Handler, you'll be the go-to person for managing clients' insurance portfolios. Youll make sure they get the best coverage while providing top-notch service in an efficient, with a sound technical knowledge of Property related risks.
Senior Account Handler Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide the perfect insurance solutions.
- Management of renewals, placements, and mid-term adjustments.
- Gather all the key info and documentation for renewal meetings, staying organized and detail-oriented.
- Keep everything up to date on Acturis and make sure all records are accurate.
The Ideal Senior Account Handler:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, ideally within the property sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills securing the best deals for both clients and the business.
- A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to form strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Cert CII qualified or a desire to get it completed Assistance will be provided!
- Preferably a strong proficiency with Acturis software.
