Our Client, who are a leading provider of Financial Services are looking for a Case Packager to join their Manchester team. You will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, the role of the Case Packager is to ensure administrative tasks are carried out to maximise productivity and performance of the Sales team. This means processing new sales leads, communicating effectively and building strong relationships internally and externally. The role requires an individual with strong communication and time management skills who can effectively support the Sales team to ensure cases meet all business requirements in order for them to move further on in the process. Role responsibilities
  • Produce Indicative Terms for all sales staff to increase business levels
  • Request valuation quotes from panel valuers to enable valuation pricing and dates to be fixed
  • Manage internal mailboxes to ensure new leads and enquires are passed over in a timely manner
  • Check sales packs coming in to ensure all requirements are met in enabling the pack to be processed
  • Contact with borrowers/brokers to chase for any missing requirements of held sales packs or initial structure of deals where needed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to answer any questions and queries enabling the call to be directed to correct Sales team member.
  • Update packs with missing requirements to ensure they are acceptable to be processed
  • Manage online webchat for all borrowers to ensure queries are answered within agreed service level agreements
  • Maintain the broker database ensuring data entered is accurate in line with Data Protection regulations  
  • Collate customer service leads and act as liaison between Sales & Customer Service to ensure the lead is processed effectively
  • Produce Sales statistics for the Commercial Director daily to provide oversight of sales performance
  • Perform Sales Administration tasks on an ad hoc basis to alleviate workloads of the Sales staff and support the Commercial senior Leadership team
