This leading supplier is looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist a small finance team.Â
Outline Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, and working in a small finance team you’ll be involved with the following duties:
- Processing the Purchase Ledger; matching, batching & coding the invoices
- Processing the purchase orders
- Dealing with invoices queries by telephone & email
- Calculating expenses
- Processing tax reclaims
- Carry out various administrative tasks to support the finance function
The ideal candidate will have Knowledge of the following duties:
- Purchase Ledger
- Expenses
The ideal candidate will be strong on excel and be willing to take on additional finance duties.
