Description
Duties include:
* Monitoring ongoing processes: invoicing, crediting, cash allocation* Unallocated cash KPI Reporting* Overseeing Direct debit collections* Complex account reconciliations* Guidance and support to the transactional team* Identify and implement process improvements* Implement departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards.* Cover for AP when required* Ensuring month-end deadlines are met* Other ad-hoc duties requested by management
Profile
The candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role - Required
- Strong leadership skills - Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
- Commitment to driving continuous improvements - Required
- High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
