We're looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Finance Assistant to join our team and play a key role in managing our clientsday-to-day financial operations.

The RoleAs a Finance Assistant, you will support the finance team with essential accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This role requires familiarity with UK-based accounting tools and an aptitude for credit control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting Support: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts.
  • Invoicing: Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients.
  • Credit Control: Monitor and manage outstanding invoices, follow up with clients for payments, and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Bookkeeping: Update financial systems with daily transactions and manage expense claims.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support financial planning and ensure compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Familiarity with UK accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.
  • Any experience with SQL or Power BI is beneficial
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
