WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN YOUR ROLE AS FINANCE ADMIN;

YOUR ROLE AS FINANCE ADMIN;

Will report to the Head of Purchase Ledger and work across aspects of Finance and Admin - this will include;

  • Input of Purchase Ledger Invoices (high volume / attention to detail)
  • Update of Supplier Account details - using Word
  • Daily use of Excel to record Invoices / Payments / Queries
  • Assist with Query Management and Resolution
  • Assist with preparation of Payments
  • Ad hoc duties
