Grafton Banks Finance is supporting a well-established company in Manchester, to hire a Finance Assistant on an initial temporary basis with view to be made permanent. This role will support both the finance and customer service teams with a variety of invoicing and billing tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check daily sales invoices for accuracy.
  • Upload private insurance invoices onto Healthcode for payment.
  • Record and process payments, including card payments over the phone.
  • Enter invoices and file them in Sage.
  • Record all bank transactions.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and handle requests.
  • Take payments when needed.
  • Assist the Financial Controller and finance team with daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Work in the office full-time, 5 days a week.
  • Have experience using Sage.
  • Be experienced within credit control and billing.
  • Have experience in facilities management.
