Grafton Banks Finance is supporting a well-established company in Manchester, to hire a Finance Assistant on an initial temporary basis with view to be made permanent. This role will support both the finance and customer service teams with a variety of invoicing and billing tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities:
- Check daily sales invoices for accuracy.
- Upload private insurance invoices onto Healthcode for payment.
- Record and process payments, including card payments over the phone.
- Enter invoices and file them in Sage.
- Record all bank transactions.
- Respond to patient inquiries and handle requests.
- Take payments when needed.
- Assist the Financial Controller and finance team with daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will:
- Work in the office full-time, 5 days a week.
- Have experience using Sage.
- Be experienced within credit control and billing.
- Have experience in facilities management.
