The businessNigel Wright Group are delighted to be partnering with fast growing SaaS business located in North Manchester in the recruitment of a finance assistant. Established over 15years is the leading provider of data solutions. On a growth trajectory, the business is looking for a dynamic finance assistant to support the finance function and wider business.RoleThe role primarily involves managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), processing invoices, reconciling bank transactions, and supporting financial operations using Sage 200.Duties:
  • Handling both AP and AR
  • Processing all payable invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing payment runs and setting payments
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Reconciling all bank receipts & payments.
  • Maintaining debtor & creditor ledgers & preparing weekly reports.
  • Reconciling all bank receipts & payments.
  • Creating sales invoices & customer statements
Person
  • Previous experience gained within a fast-paced finance function
  • Experience in a transactional finance
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excel skills, personable and professional
