Accounts/Payroll Assistant - Full Time - Permanent. £25,000 - £27,500 DOE.
37.5 Hours Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm
A well known retail outlet based in Atherton is looking for an experienced Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join their team. This is a great time to join an expanding business! You will be working within a small team in the main office assisting with Accounts and Payroll duties for three sites.
Duties
- Monthly preparation and processing of Payroll
- Processing invoices
- Supplier payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales and Purchase ledger
- Preparing HR documents
- Formatting and inputting barcodes into the EPOS system
- Weekly sales reporting
- Answering the phones
- General admin duties
To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role and have a working knowledge of SAGE Payroll as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
