Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Finance Assistant to join their dynamic retail brand. What you'll do:
As a Temporary Finance Assistant, your primary role will be to provide crucial support to the accounts payable team. Your excellent attention to detail will be key in accurately processing invoices and managing vendor records. You'll also assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and preparing expense reports. Your proactive attitude will shine as you prepare payment runs and provide administrative support. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations will be at the heart of everything you do.
- Accurately process and verify invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain and update vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and handle vendor inquiries.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions and statements.
- Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Provide administrative support to the accounts payable team, including filing, data management, and responding to internal queries.
- Ensure all accounts payable activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
