Hays are working with a secondary school in Tameside that is looking to recruit a Drama Teacher.Your new roleThe role is to commence after Easter, 22.4.25, and will operate, full time, on a temporary basis, until the end of the Academic Year. As the role is long term, you will be required to plan and prepare all lessons whilst differentiating between pupil ability. You will also be required to mark and assess all work ensuring that pupils are progressing in line with their target grades.You will be working on a long-term supply basis, where your pay will be reflective of experience.You will be developing and delivering Drama across both KS3 and KS4.You will need to create a learning environment where pupils feel confident asking for support if needed, as well as ensuring all students are driven towards high achievement and are progressing well.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position, it is essential that you hold a teaching qualification with QTS and have experience of teaching Drama to KS3 and 4 in the UK.
