Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a talented Geography teacher to join a successful secondary school in south Manchester.

This is a full-time temporary teaching role from March 2025 cover a maternity leave.

The Role

Teacher of Geography to GCSE

Five days a week

Experience of the AQA GCSE syllabus would be useful

Positive confident classroom management skills with a focus on Assessment for Learning.

Innovative teacher able to adapt lessons to the changing needs of students

The academy are interested in hearing from early career teachers, experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching Geography to students aged 11 to 18.

  • Have the legal right to work full time in the UK with no restrictions
