About the Role:Forever Teaching is excited to recruit a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher for a secondary school in Manchester. This is a long-term opportunity that will run until the end of the current academic year, offering you the chance to make a real impact on students’ learning and development.
As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching KS3 and KS4 students, creating engaging lessons, and fostering a positive learning environment. You’ll be joining a supportive team and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities throughout your assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Develop engaging and differentiated resources to meet the needs of all learners.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support as required.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment where students are motivated to learn.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Support students’ personal development and well-being.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (KS3 & KS4).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their best.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
