Religious Studies teacher - Salford - January start Prospero Teacher are recruiting a passionate Religious Studies teacher to join a team at a secondary school in Salford. The role will start in January and will be full time for the remainder of the current academic year. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching Religious Studies and will be able to motivate, elevate and challenge students to produce the highest quality work and achieve high academic standards. It would be advantageous if you are experienced teaching another humanities subject to key stage 3 students, however, this is not essential. The ideal candidate: Has a proven History to secure excellent pupil results in Religious Studies GCSE exams Can inspire and lead high quality teaching, learning and assessment Is dynamic and an ambitious practitioner, who can build on the success of the subject and ensure good progress for all pupils Has experience of effective teaching and supporting pupils with a range of SEN, behavioural and academic needs.
