Key Information:

• Location: Manchester and surrounding areas
• Role: Supply Teacher (General Cover or Specialist Subject)
• Start Date: Immediate starts available
• Hours: Flexible – Full-time and part-time positions available
• Contract: Daily, short-term, and long-term assignments, with potential for permanent roles

Role Responsibilities:

• General Cover: Step into different subject areas as needed, ensuring that students remain engaged and productive while their regular teacher is absent.
• Subject Specialism: Teach lessons within your specific subject area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content and meeting the objectives of the curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive learning environment, implement strong behaviour management strategies, and ensure the smooth running of lessons.
• Adaptability: Quickly adjust to different school cultures, teaching methods, and classroom setups, providing a seamless transition for students.

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualifications
• Proven classroom management skills with the ability to create a safe and productive environment for students
• Experience teaching in UK schools is highly desirable, though candidates from other education systems will also be considered
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to adapt to different schools, year groups, and classroom settings
