Your new companyHays Education havebeen well established within the local area for a number of years and thereforehave developed strong relationships with a number of schools based locally.Highly respectedwithin the Education sector, Hays work exclusively with a number of schools inGreater Manchester and are currently experiencing an increase in demand forsupply teachers.Your new roleJoiningHays as a Supply Teacher means you will be working on both a short and longterm basis, which can be anything from one day through to full terms and even afull academic year. On a short term basis, there will be no planning andpreparation required, you will simply be responsible for managing a classroomand ensuring all pupils are on task, as well as ensuring all behaviour isappropriate. When working in a longer term assignment, you will be required tocomplete planning and preparation, as well as the marking and assessment ofpupils work. Working as a supply teacher can offer you an attractive work lifebalance and you can also have the flexibility to work when you want, even on apart time basis. What you'll need to succeedInorder to be successful in securing a role with Hays as a supply teacher, youmust possess Qualified Teacher Status and have recent teaching experience.
