Your new companyHays Education have been well established within the local area for a number of years and therefore have developed strong relationships with a number of schools based locally.Highly respected within the Education sector, Hays work exclusively with a number of schools in Greater Manchester and are currently experiencing an increase in demand for supply teachers.Your new roleJoiningHays as a Supply Teacher means you will be working on both a short and longterm basis, which can be anything from one day through to full terms and even afull academic year. On a short term basis, there will be no planning andpreparation required, you will simply be responsible for managing a classroomand ensuring all pupils are on task, as well as ensuring all behaviour isappropriate. When working in a longer term assignment, you will be required tocomplete planning and preparation, as well as the marking and assessment ofpupils work. What you'll need to succeedInorder to be successful in securing a role with Hays as a supply teacher, youmust possess Qualified Teacher Status and have recent teaching experience.
