Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School based in the Denton area of Tameside. This exciting opportunity is to support an Early Years student, helping them thrive in their educational journey.

Role: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Early Years)Location: Denton, TamesideStart Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to an Early Years student, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assist the classroom teacher with daily activities, ensuring that every child receives the best possible support.
  • Engage with students through creative play, learning activities, and positive behaviour management.
  • Help track student progress and communicate effectively with the teaching team and parents.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with Early Years children is highly desirable.
  • A compassionate and patient approach, with a commitment to supporting individual learning needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
